WEMP 2002 is open to all companies and individuals whether or not they are MPEG-4 Industry Forum Members.

Hotel Reservations at the San Jose Fairmont:

A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at a special rate of $179 per night for both single and double occupancy. To take advantage of this discounted rate, you must reference the MPEG-4 Industry Forum when making your reservation. There are two options for making reservations:

  1. Telephone: Call the Fairmont Global Reservations Center at 1.800.441.1414 within the U.S. or 1.506.870.4533 outside the U.S.
  2. Fill out the hotel reservation form and fax it to +1.408.280.6072.

Deadline for reservations: May 28, 2002 in order to ensure room and rate availability.

*Exhibits Only registration does not include tickets for Tuesday night reception or Wednesday night banquet. Tickets can be purchased for $50 each respectively.

Registration fees are payable by credit card (AMEX, MC and Visa), or cash (on-site only).
