Exibition Area Requirements

Rent for exhibition area of 8 foot x 10 foot is $800.00. This fee includes:

8' high back drape and 3' high side drape rail
7"x44" identification sign,
One 2' x 8' x 30" draped tables and two chairs
Carpeting
1000 watt electrical outlet

Move-In and Move-Out Information:

Installation is Monday June 24, 2002 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the San Jose Fairmont in the Regency Ballroom. Contact Jennifer Kling to request extended hours if necessary. De-installation is Thursday June 27, 2002 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. All exhibits must be dismantled by 10:00 PM.

Tuesday June 25, 2002 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Wednesday June 26, 2002 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Thursday June 27, 2002 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
